Our goal is for your kids to have a genuine relationship with God, build a Biblical foundation for their lives, grow with friends and leaders, and love being at church.

“I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.”  3 John 1:4

From babies to fifth graders, our team wants to give your family an excellent experience. When you arrive, our team will happily show you the way to the children’s area or our Welcome Center if it’s your first time, where you can tell us a little about your family to help us serve you well. On our check-in form we’ll ask things like what allergies your child may have, how many children are in your family, and get your contact information.  Then, you and your child will both get a sticker with a matching code. This sticker is also what you’ll use to pick up your child after the service.

We believe the best way we can help your kids develop a strong spiritual foundation is by partnering with you. Together, we can help encourage, train, and pray for them as they grow in their faith.

Here are some practical ways you can help us make the most of your child’s time spent at church:

• Pick a consistent service time and location to help your kids build a relationship with their consistent leader and other kids their age.

• Practice the current EC Kids Scripture memorization with your kids.

• Build relationships with other EC parents.

• Pray for your children each week as they come to church and pray for our teams as they serve and care for your child.

Starting with babies, we care about the experience your kids have in church. Your baby will experience personal care from our well-staffed team. We keep our nursery rooms ready for your little ones with age-appropriate toys that are thoroughly cleaned between services.

We know babies have specific needs and schedules, so when you bring your baby to the classroom, we have an easy-to-use form that you can fill out to let our team know the feeding, sleeping, and changing needs your baby has. We also take time to love and pray for your baby each week.

In preschool, children start to engage more with their church experience, so we help them interact and build their faith through stories, crafts, and songs that give them Biblical truths. They also start to form relationships with other kids and their teachers.

While you are enjoying the worship experience you can be at peace knowing that your little ones are being built up in the admiration of the Lord. The volunteers caring for your children have a passion for teaching and guiding the youngest in the kingdom.

Jesus’ parents dedicated Him to God (Luke 2:22–40) when he was a child. With a heart to follow this Biblical model, we also offer the opportunity for you to dedicate your children. At Baby Dedication, parents publicly commit to help their child grow in their faith and to raise them in a home centered on Jesus.  As children are dedicated, they are blessed in prayer.

We’d love for your family to be a part of this special time. Contact us or visit our Guest Services to participate in an upcoming Baby Dedication.

Every weekend, children from kindergarten through fifth grade come to an EC Kids service. Where they experience dynamic worship and Biblical teaching. Most of their time is spent in their Small Group to give them the benefit of a consistent Group Leader and interaction with kids their age. Together, they learn about the Bible and how to have a relationship with God, memorize Scripture, and have fun developing friendships with each other.

Your children will be taught Biblical truths and practical lessons through a learning focus for their grade level and a collection of series topics throughout the year.

The learning focus for their grade level will be taught by their Small Group leader, and their group will work together on learning objectives like memorizing Scripture and understanding Biblical principles. The series topic will be presented through a video Bible lesson followed by age-specific guided discussion with their Small Group.
