STUDENT MINISTRIES

MIDDLE SCHOOL

HIGH SCHOOL

OUR BELIEF

We believe that by creating unique environments in the local church, students are excited to hear the word of God, be challenged by its truth & encouraged by leaders as well as their peers in their walk with Christ!

EC Students creates opportunities for students to discover who they are in Jesus. We accomplish this by inviting students to be a part of our Weekend and Mid-Week service experience, so that they grow a love for the local church. Allowing them to be a part of our experience at a young age enables them to learn alongside their parents and grow in maturity in their faith. Additionally, we offer several opportunities for students to grow in their relationship with God and each other throughout the week.

STUDENT SMALL GROUPS

WHAT IS A SMALL GROUP

Small Groups are designed for students to grow in relationship with God and each other. There are several groups to choose from based on age, location, interest and time of week.

Small Groups provide connection to authentic discipleship, new friendships, and tons of fun. We believe students will never experience all God has to offer until they connect in life giving relationships. The relationships developed in small groups will be a source of encouragement, prayer and support for students throughout the week. Our free market system allows students to pick groups relevant to them. Groups meet once a week in homes, on campuses, in restaurants, and other locations throughout the city.

HOW TO LEAD A SMALL GROUP

Leading a Small Group isn’t about being perfect; it’s about serving others by giving them a place to connect. Hosting a group is simple. Choose a topic that interests you and select a time and location to meet with others to share it. We give you essential tools to make your Small Group successful through Leadership Training. Your group will be placed in a directory where others can find it easily. We believe people’s lives are changed one semester at a time by moving one step toward Christ. As a Small Group leader you get to play an important role in that process. Contact us or visit our Guest Services to lead a Small Group.
